I like to see the tv from the kitchen. So that would be number one for me.

That seems to be the right spot for it. Put the large artwork that's over the tv, over the sofa.

I would also get a longer credenza for the TV to sit on. Right now the one you have is too short IMO.

I should have added… My husband Iikes to watch TV directly in front of him so with the placement as it currently is, it’s awkward to watch TV from the cell phone

I think TV stays in that wall. Longer sleeker console. Remove photo that’s behind it an put it on the long wall without windows. If you want to try to move Duda, you could flip chaise to window wall and chairs to wall left if TV. The back of sofa would be towards kitchen. You could place a slim sofa console there.

TV is too low. Get rid of the drapes. Build cabinetry along the entire window wall. Create a media center with the TV as the star of the room. We did a small stacked stone wall to mount TV on with bias lighting. You could create entire project with stock cabinets. Wrap cabs all around top, bottom and outer sides of windows. Add neutral (to cabs- think monochromatic) woven shades on windows. Now face sectional toward TV.

I actually think the TV is fine, but could also be a bit higher. If left in this position (which I think is good), a slightly larger, taller, more substantial piece would be a bit better. IMO the drapes are nice and I wouldn't change them, or invest a ton of money in cabinetry. I think the OP just wanted our thoughts on TV placement. As someone else suggested, you could try turning the couch so that the back is toward the kitchen, but may not work as we can not see the room from that vantage point. Of course, if the TV stays, the art goes elsewhere.

I love tv there, u can put sec couch in front of it. Remove art to another wall.

The tv looks great, but the only way is to put on a movie and then decide!
