A scaled floor plan will help you get better advice as the limited info form the pictures is actually confusing.

Post a 2d floor plan of your kitchen as it is right now. Also post a second drawing showing how the kitchen relates to the rest of the house.

Get rid of the outer one. Design the middle one bigger and better, single level, with seating, with bigger aisles around it. Your cabinet bill will be greatly reduced, and you’ll have better functionality all the way around.

Just a cut and paste using the existing outer island form that isn’t quite right. But it illustrates the concept.

I agree with more drawers on bottom- we have lived in our new build for 6 months and I LOVE our kitchen drawers. Life changers! (And back savers!)

You could also design extra storage into one larger island. I can't tell which box is the fridge; if it's on the short wall, then the aisle will need to be wider between it and the island.

ETA, putting the fridge on the short wall might be better--the clean-up zone would be separate from the prep area, so helpers could unload the DW and gather dishes to set the table, without entering the prep/cooking triangle.
