Buying a house with BTC

Transactions using Bitcoin are banned in our country, even if someone wants to buy a house with Bitcoin, then is there anyone who would sell his house and receive Bitcoin as a means of payment ?!

I would be very careful of Bitcoin transactions. They are commonly used in scam transactions since one the bitcoins are purchased/sent, there is no way to get them back. So if someone if offering to sell you a house and all you have to do is buy bitcoins and give them the bitcoin codes, once you give the codes, the coins are theirs and they can claim them and change the codes and you have no way to get them back. I would be concerned the person doesn't really own the home they are saying they are selling and are just trying to get you to give $ for nothing.

If someone wants to PAY you with bitcoins, I would be more open to that since you can get the bitcoins converted to dollars before you give over title to the home.

I would not BUY something with bitcoins.......it sounds too likely to be a scam to me.

((I know someone who took cash and went to a bitcoin machine at a smoke shop. Once she put the money in the bitcoin machine and gave the scammers the codes, there was no way to get it back.))

In the US, there are tax reporting requirements if you use bitcoin or any virtual currency, even if all you are buying is a cup of coffee at Starbucks.

And it is right that many countries do not recognize bitcoin because it is a digital currency that is not backed by anything. Therefore, it has no value. Suppose you want to buy real estate with bitcoin. In that case, you sell it on the cryptocurrency market to some stupid people who believe in it as well as you, and then you cash out the money and buy a house. Yes, at one time, I also invested money in bitcoin and made a lot of money from it. Still, I was just lucky because I invested thoughtlessly. Now I regularly read articles onyoungandthrifty.ca about trading, stocks, and the best brokers with whom it is best to cooperate. I think I will soon start investing in trading.

How did you find a seller willing to accept BTC as payment, and were there any challenges or considerations you had to keep in mind when using cryptocurrency to make such a large purchase?

If I were in that situation, I'd probably be a bit cautious too. While the idea of buying a house with BTC sounds intriguing, it's important to do some serious research and make sure the seller is super reliable. After all, a house is a big deal and you wouldn't want to take unnecessary risks, right? Better safe than sorry! So, while it's a cool concept, I'd definitely lean towards avoiding those potential pitfalls.
