Well someone had the courage of their convictions.

Lower the asking price by $2-3M. Even after cleaning out the owner's possessions, it's going to take some serious work to undo the "dramatically remodeled and updated with eclectic finishes" (quote from the real estate marketing blurb) mess that has been visited upon this poor house.

That's about the ugliest house I ever saw. Money can't buy taste for sure.
