your best bet would be accessories like plants, art and a rug/pillows.

Here's your sofa with an over dyed vintage blue rug, leather pouf, fiddle leaf fig tree in planter, white/gold shelving for plants or books, white/blue pillows, or leopard print, and 3 diff types of art work that would work w/your decor. (your current pillows are sad looking. get something like the bright blue / white ones I've pictured)

look at all of these rooms with blue sofas. none are boring

(too bad the landlord won't let you paint the fireplace rock. it would really brighten up the room)

Notice that in most of these, some type of leather (camel color) is often used. ditto wood accents.

Lovely apartment. I would look for a colorful Persian or Turkish/kilim rug for under the dining table and then select a color from the rug to add in osme small doses in your decor. I would look for something in the reds or oranges. Your space is beautiufl and so is your furniture.

PS The sixth picture above is a good example of the Persian rug pulling things together and adding interest and energy.
