A solid or nearly solid warm white could work well here. The floor/shower tile already has visible movement, so a second veining pattern on the vanity might compete with it. I would compare a plain white, a soft off-white, and the very lightly veined option in person rather than relying on the photo, which reads quite cool/blue on my screen.

Take the tile sample to the quartz yard and hold it upright beside full slabs if you can; a tiny quartz chip may miss the part of the pattern you would get on the vanity. Check the samples next to your cabinet finish in both daylight and bathroom lighting. If the tile leans cool in person, a creamy counter could look yellow against it, while a stark white may look blue—those undertones matter more here than whether the slab has veins at all.

I have Cambria White Cliff counters with a marble-look porcelain tile floor in my master bathroom.

I also used White Cliff when I remodeled the master bath in my previous house, but with a beige floor tile.

I'd re think the gray options in the photo. Just because the veining looks gray doesn't mean you have to use anything gray... try taupe or cream to brighten the look.
