My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
This nasty thorny thing has the distinction of having survived outdoors here in 2 separate winters with only passive protection. Got dieback on anything less than 1/4" thick. I brought it in and I first got a flush in October where it stayed very bushy, as though cautious. Now it starting to get that long tall habit with this shoot that shot up about 20" in like 3 weeks tops. maybe it realizes conditions are favorable for that. Plan to get it nice and stout and put it out 2 springs from now
