Water Damage - Basement Concrete

My wife and I are in the middle of constructing our new home. Our house has about 90% of the roof completed and should be complete next week. It's been a fairly wet winter so far and since they poured floor for the walkout basement Nov 19...in the rain. They did their best to keep the standing rain water off the floor and had a guy out into the middle of the night trying to push water off. We finally get a break of no rain for about 5 days and the concrete looks dry. (The concrete is pretty course on top). Since then throughout the rest of the build there's been standing water in atleast portions of the basement because it's rain at least one day every week since the floor was poured now almost 3 months ago. Should I be concerned in the structural integrity of our basement floor? Once concrete is cured is standing water ok? Any advice is appreciated!
