My husband and I bought our first house on December, it needed a little work (painting, new appliances, new carpet, stuff like that) but nothing super serious per the inspection report, multiple pros coming out, etc. We thought we did our due diligence.Home is a multi level house. Garage is under the first floor and porch. Built in 86, inspector said some housing codes changed but house was sound.It's been raining a lot and in the garage water started dripping down the wall, the wall doesn't feel like drywall but corkboard? I looked outside and there doesn't appear to be any obvious holes in the siding. Today I open up the HVAC closet and there is water all over the wall and what looks like mold? This is all on the ground floor under the first floor and porch.My question is- who do I call? What is leaking? Wtf?
