what is the actual height

The description states that the fixture is 32” High. Is that from the brass ring, down to the bottom of lowest crystal? Or is it from the top of the fixture, where it would attach to a chain, to the bottom of the Crystal?

    Hello, the height is measured from the last crystal to the first canopy (where the rods meet) 23 inches

    The crystal design is 10 inches in height.
