My fig leaf trees leave started turning a light brown and dropping, from the bottom of the plant only. It doesn’t look like root rot but the top of the plant looks healthy. My place is rather sunny and it is dry here during the winter. When I water, it drains through the pot. Also I watered it yesterday and a bunch of leaves dropped right after?
