We need a pool shed that at the very least will hold a mowing equipment, pool, equipment, and maybe a golf cart. In a fantasy world, we would like a room that would open up to the pool, like a guest room. A small porch area would also be nice- like a pergola that faces the pool. I’ve been looking at modular shed designs and I’m curious if anyone has tried this option?

We purposely built a smaller and less elaborate home so we could have a knock out backyard. We have some other factors at play- like meeting the neighborhood requirements. Our elevation is also higher than our neighbors and I’m trying to stay away from a pitched roof. Plus I love the modern design of the flat roofs.

I would love advice. Money is a concern as I’m trying to stay below 80000 for the entire project. I’m having an landscape architect draw up the plans, but like all, I’m looking for ways to save without sacrifice.
