I have no knowledge of mangoes but I can say that you need to find mango specific information. There are multitudes of edible fruit trees around the world belonging to many different botanical families and growing in diverse climates. You can't generalise.

In my limited experience, no, the branches do not bloom at the same time. At least not for my thai mango. None of my others have flowered since i have owned them, so super limited sample.
