Your tree is near perfect looking. New growth is light green and can take up to 4 months in the cold season to green up. Keep up the good work.

Hello, your tree looks quite healthy, there is nothing of concern.

Are you sure the blotches aren't just residue from the feed? Have you tried wiping them off?

It looks like scarring. hard to describe. But no it's not residue. I did try to wipe it off so it's definitely something going with the leaves themselves. tried to look in the web for something similar and didn't find anything. I thought maybe it was the neem that did the damage or the foliar with the soap but I sprayed the smallest leaves and they are fine. it's only after they grow to that size when the blotches appear.

Here's some betted more pics closer. The last picture is a leave all the way in the bottom that doesn't get light so that's about to fall but it's ok I guess its normal.

That lowest leaf is old and the tree is pulling what nutrients out of it before discarding it.

The leaf's discoloration at the bottom of the tree, in your last picture, has nothing to do with the amount of light it receives. As poncirusguy posted it is just an old leaf,

It does look to me like it might be a fungus of some sort. Circular-ish, with a distinct border and a very slightly sunken appearance - judging from picture 6. I am not an expert and can't guess what it might be. Unless something you sprayed could do that sort of damage, I would be concerned also.

Keep checking for some kind of insect too - sometimes they can be very hard to spot.
