Monachello Lemon

Is anyone in the States growing this lemon or know someone who has one (Not in CA, FL, TX, or AZ)? Supposedly Four Winds used to sell this variety and a few CA nurseries still do - none that can ship to GA. Would love to buy a few sticks if you do :)

I have never heard of that variety of lemon. What makes it special? The name sounds like maybe it's the source or named after the great Italian ice flavor I recall when I visited there.

Not sure if things have changed, but I recall that GA had some citrus quarantines in place that might preclude any shipments when I had family there.

    Good Luck with the hunt.
