No needed to adhere the leg to the floor since the wall mount and construction are solid enough. However, you may use double side tape if you have such concern.

Hi why was the description changed to say that it does not include the top since ordering? The pamphlet inside literally describes how to inbox and adhere it. Maybe the top comes in another box and has not arrived yet? Or where/how to order the top of it is now not being included In the great price we got? Have tried calling and not getting any answers as of yet. At this point will most likely return and buy somewhere else.
