My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This was a custom handmade seashell fixture made by a local Laguna Beach, California artisan. It was ordered by the homeowner.

    This is a lie from Shear Construction. They have no clue where it is from and should have never answered. it is not seashells and is from an artist in NYC
