Skip the double oven requirement and get the Frigidaire induction range. Then add a Breville toaster oven. That’s what a cook who was interested in the cooking results would do.

As so often, I agree with @live_wire_oak. Pick your priorities properly, and don't paint yourself into a corner by fixating on a detail that you can't get right anyway.

Yes, having more than one oven is awesome. But there is more than one way to go about that. And there only are a small number of ranges with multiple ovens to choose from. Unless you can afford something like a LaCanche, there always will be compromises to be made if you go this route. On the other hand, there are some absolutely amazing countertop appliances out there. And if you make a mistake in choosing that appliance, you can always fix that decision.

Induction or gas is such a big game changer compared to heating coils (and even a smooth top is really just a cosmetic improvement, but still uses heating coils). If you do like cooking as much as you say, then there really shouldn't be any question in this day and age. Get induction (or gas, if that's available where you are).

Of the three choices I’d rule out IKEA due to the low power. For the other two, top power is similar so I’d consider the burner sizes and layout against my cooking needs and pan sizes.

If you’re an avid cook I’d really reconsider induction. Cooktop performance is more than a novelty; you’ll be reminded of any shortcomings every time you cook, for years to come. Is there anywhere else in your daily life you can save? Live on hot dogs for a few months? ;)
