My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bird of paradise top completed

I just finished this bird of paradise top. It's 24 x 36, and paper pieced. It's a kit that's been in my project box for a long time. The border fabric came from my stash. :)
