If you want to go with a simpler plan... put toilet on left wall with a walk-in shower. On opposite wall the sinks/vanity.

Plus, you could simplify by keeping the shower/tub location as a wet room. Vanity and toilet placement as in my last comment.

Thanks, may be hard to see in my picture, I put an X on that wall between the tub and shower, so it is all open. It’s already framed out so no big changes can be made. I’m concerned with that 12’ x 10’ wall it will be too much tile.

Do you have pictures of the tile you are considering and a drawn view of the wall with which you are concerned?

I drew a few descriptions along with photos of tile. The hex is Daltile 1” the other tiles are pictured. My issue which I didn’t convey is the wavy tile being on a 10x13 wall all by itself thinking it would over power everything else.
One of my solutions would be to run the hex in a 2’ strip down the center breaking it up as One of the pics shows. Another would be to end the wavy tile in the center and possibly continuing half wall the rest of the way to the end and picking up around the corner with the marble tile. BTW the hex, which is a matte finish, will be a color that blends with the silver marble. The wall tiles are glossy.
