I know this comment is late in the game, but I thought I would share an opinion with you before you continue choosing a paint color for the den.

Your floors are very dark. If you have second thoughts about the dining room, consider rolling it over with a dark blue with a more denim undertone. Hale Navy’s undertone is gray and goes very muddy in a room with poor natural lighting.

If that isn’t an option, consider a very light rug for under the dining table.

suezbell, I like that color! I've been leaning towards tealy, green, blue, gray colors, but I know my husband would like the forest green better. The color you picked doesn't look as muddy brown as other forest greens.

On my screen, "Teresa green" looks more blue than green.

We used Liveable Green in a living room, and Oakmoss in a half bath. Both colors look beautiful. One is light and fresh, the other dark and moody, but both are grayish enough to not scream "bright green". You could look at Artichoke if you think the Oakmoss is too dark.

It's crazy how much difference a computer screen makes. On mine it didn't have much blue. I will definitely plan to sample these colors in the actual room.

Before buying a gallon or more for painting a room, see if you can get a small sample jar or even get the dealer to stir the paint and open the lid so you can see the actual color before buying it.

His office things - are they black and practical, or wood, stained?

everdebz, his desk is stained wood, but it's pretty beaten up and will be replaced soon after we move in. If I go with dark colors on the walls and floor, I'm thinking of going a much lighter color with rugs and furniture.

Oyster Bay paint - do you have any items to experiment and see if he likes it -- for instance, a wonderful chair ? here's a rug that might have Oyster Bay blend.

everdebz, I was wrong in my initial post--the color is actually Sea Salt, but I like your idea of choosing other things to compliment the existing color. It would certainly make it easier on our contractors.

As to any deep rich color and dark rooms. You must have decoration. That means art, rugs lamps, !!! You can't rely on pant, ANY paint to be the finish in a room. But deep toned rooms, most of all, need decor. There is no bad dark room, only the one that suffers a lack of "decor' . Which doesn't mean junk it up with doo dads either : ) !

With store paint cards, you could find Sea Salt's darker version, and buy a rug that color. Probably nice on dark wood floor...

Bathroom - Idk of anything wrong with peach-white and light grey. Does the paint seem nice with brick? it looks like Soft Country from Europe somewhere...

Oh, I love a dark green paint - but in my mind it really must have bright white trim and ceilings as contrast. You can see that in the inspiration photos you posted.

I saw this picture and although I love the colour of paint (Farrow and Ball Green smoke) they've chosen to paint the trim to match. My choice would be white.

We have Benjamin Moore Chelsea Grey in our office and I do really like it. In fact, I added some black paint I had on hand, to it to make it even darker. It is quite grey, but reads with quite a bit of green in it in our room and I'm very happy with it. Looking at the photo below...the Amherst Grey may also be OK, I've never used it.

I would paint the room Sherwin Williams Stillwater. It's a beautiful deep green with some blue. I've used it in several small rooms with great impact.

Needs more color in the bath or decor

MV My kitchen is Wyeth Blue and it definitely lends more towards a green/grey.

I have a grey/green in my master bath that I love, it has a spa feel to it more of a green tone. It is SW I need to look at my paint samples at home... but I think a grey/green with more grey tone would be nice. Mine goes well with white subway tile and grey grout & white trim. i like the Wyeth Blue.....

Why wouldn’t you paint it the same navy. Those colors clash to me and wouldn’t bring me peace.

Out of all these suggestions, I'm drawn most to SW Stillwater and BM Crisp Romaine. I put them both into our floor plan on Photoshop and really like SW Stillwater. I think the Crisp Romaine may clash a little because it doesn't have as much of a gray/blue undertone.

I don't feel like the SW Still Water clashes too much with the Hale Navy. What are your thoughts?

I also found BM Amazon Green, which is a little bluer than Still Water. I like it too!

I just discovered Benjamin Moore Black Forest Green. It's dark but may work for you.

I recently painted our bedroom BM Miramichi - and I LOVE it! The room was washed out before and the furniture felt blah. The deep green brightened the furniture and added a contrast. The subtle colour change throughout the day is great. My husband, who usually doesn’t even notice that a room has been painted, loves it as well! I think it would work well with Hale Navy - similar depth / intensity.

Grey Infusion from Valspar is a great color. We used it in our guest bathroon. It's light, calming and changes with the light. Sometimes it is a light green and other times it looks gray. During the daylight it is light green. I think it would be great for an office.
