Raspberries crumbling and misshapen

Hi All,
My newly planted (3-4mths ago) have started to fruit, but the fruit is misshapen and the leaves have gone brown around the edges.
I'm wondering if it is a virus or lack of nutrients ( I only gave it manure and compost until recently.
Any help would be amazing.
