globe fell off and broke

I purchased this fan a couple of weeks ago and my builder installed according to the directions. While it is beautiful, the globe fell off the bottom this morning (almost hit one of our workers and it’s 12 feet high and shattered all over our floors. It’s just the bottom piece that fits over the light. Thank you,
