My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do the cushions come with it? And are they Sunbrella material? How does this set stand up in full sun? What kind of warranty does this have?

    Hi,

The cushions do come with this set. They are Olefin fabric and are intended to be used outside, but we still recommend reasonable care and storage when not in use. We also recommend using 303 Fabric Protectants for their sun blocking technology keeping all outdoor fabrics looking like new and lasting longer. We offer a 3 year warranty on this set. Thank you for your interest in our furniture!

    Regards,

    Outdoor Interiors
