Kitchen design delimmas

I had posted a question about our kitchen renovation and for some reason I'm unable to find that question. I feel I may have deleted it by accident. So if this is redundant, my apologies. So we are just in the final stages of a kitchen renno. Our kitchen is going to be blue (Hale Navy Blue) and white. We would like some suggestions.1) which color of cabinet door handles would you choose. Our options are to go with gold or gun metal?2) kitchen hood. What kind of a hood would look nice with this kitchen? White or stained wood.3) any suggestions for paint colour would be greatly appreciated for the kitchen walls. 4) the tall cabinet with the fridge, should we keep it all white or leave the bottom part blue.
I will post pictures in the comments. 🙌

I would keep all of the cabinets around the fridge the same, and probably the navy. For the hood, I’d do white or white w wood if there are other strong wood elements to tie in to. You have a lot of stuff going on in here already.

I would also reconsider the pull out spice rack and wire mesh. That mesh will be black? Why is the hood not centered on w the cabinets?

Will be a great kitchen! I like the cabinets by the fridge in white all the same. It looks more coherent and pleasent to the eye. Gold hardware will loo great with your colors. Hood- I’ve seen a white hood with gold band someehe I don’t know where I can find pic. Similar to the one someone posted with the wood band. If you choose gold hardware it can make your kitchen really pop. Good luck

thank you everyone for your valuable input. we have made a w changes to the design. im a bit reluctant to choose a bold color and doubting the decision to put in something that I might regret down the road. so this design, we went all white with a brown hood. we kept the island blue. we have added more drawers for functionality. would love to see what you all think. 🙌

Check the clearance restrictions for your range. You can easily scorch a backsplash without having the required range back guard. That no one seems to tell you is required by the clearance documentation. Also, the small 30” range and hood are both rather tiny for the overall scale of this kitchen. It’s a big expensive kitchen. Your appliances need to match in level and scale. Like a 48@ range and built in fridge and paneled DW.

great pointers !! i will look in to the clearance restriction of my cook top. we moved in to our home about 6 yrs ago (i will try and add the pics of our current kitchen some time today). The reason why the stove top is a 30 "" range is the original builder had only left that much space for the appliance. at the time we bought top of the line, very expensive cook top. now that we are planning a reno we thought about replacing the stove a few times, specially considering the size of this kitchen, a stove of this size does not go well. but our current stove has so much life in it still. im not sure if there is a market for used appliances in great condition?
