Home Decorating Fireplaces Design Dilemma

Awkwwrd layout design dilemma

This townhome living/dining area needs to be decorated for vacation renters. It has a see-thru fireplace in the middle. We need seating for at least six in the living area and a have a 65” tv for the space. It cannot be hung on the fireplace. A couple of loveseats cane with the place, but I can ditch those for fine thing else. Really struggling with the best use of this space. Any ideas would be appreciated. Currently painting the whole house in Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter.

I would put the TV on the wall across from the FP and 2 sofas facing each other in between those 2 walls or a sofa and 2 swivel chairs to watch TV dead on. IMO going to be difficult to have good seating for 6 in that space

Check with insurance carrier re: vacation rental with fireplace. In my area resort cabins are decommissioning their fireplaces because of the extra charge.

It’s a gas fireplace in a resort where every unit has a gas or wood fireplace. No worries there.

I should never use my phone to post on Houzz. So many typos, LOL!
