I like the sideboards in the current arrangement. It is unusual but it works IMO.

I don’t see any reason to buy more, what you have looks nice. One thing I noticed is that your light fixture would look better a bit lower.

Do you use the two stools for anything in this room? If not just remove them and put the two sideboards together. I also prefer another painting over the fireplace for more color and personality in the room. The mirror seems to reflect only white ceiling.

The table is gorge but I don’t think it works well in the room.

Agree with moving the stools if they are not functional in the room.

I like the arrangement, but would like the stools to be a bench, instead of 2 pieces. For me, there are too many "matching" elements - 2 of everything on that wall.

And please, no roast beef for dinner. :-)

I agree about removing the stools and (probably) pushing the sideboards together. I’m never a fan of seats that look like nobody sits in them ever.

I would also remove the pictures from the sideboards. In a dining room those surfaces need to be (or at least look)available and useful

Agree with most on the stools. They look like you’re “just using what you already have” with no relationship to other items in the room. 😉
