Help with exterior paint color

We’re repainting the exterior of our house and I can’t decide on a paint color. Goal will be to sell the house in the next year so we aren’t looking for anything crazy/unique. Any suggestions on paint color that would match the aesthetics of the type of house?? Thanks! (FYI: there is a yellow as well as a green house across the street and a blue-gray next door)

Do you 'need' to paint it or just 'want' to paint it before putting it up for sale? I think it looks lovely; are there areas of pealing paint or faded color?

Need and want :)
Def areas of fading- that house on left is newly built. Before that that side of the home was exposed to much sun so the color looks more lime green/yellowed. Plus to make it fresh for putting it on the market!

Not a pro. Conservative option: celery green with cream trim and orangish-red accents. Alternatively, I will tell you that I have a lovely mid-1980s faux-Victorian cottage in mint-green with white trim.
