Energy efficient, hopefully, designed to be net zero with visiting family in the house. We want Solar power, LEDs, "Control 4" needs to be met, wind power, grey water and ICF Construction is our list.

We both love stone, brick, wrought iron, hardwood, and casement windows (cost appropriate); Sienna, Italy is our inspiration. Great kitchen space -we both cook! One fireplace in Living room but I would love a second one in the bedroom.
