I agree with some of mmilos' comments but, not all. Here's what I suggest: 1 or 2 large, rectangular area rugs in darker color , (to break up all the tan). if you go with 2 rugs, layer them. Place an ovular coffee table over them. Add a tall plant behind the corner of the sofa where the art is, (it looks like there's room for this there). Balance it out with a floor lamp, (assuming it'll fit), on the other side of the sofa. Then, add 2 or 3 large pieces of art, hung symmetrically. Add light accent pillows to couch, most of which should be a pattern to contrast the solid couch color but, you can have some solid pillows also. A throw would look nice as well. Have fun! (p.s.
