I have an area that is approximately 151 inches. I want to move my microwave, coffee maker there. I am also putting in a double sink for canning, and a small under counter refrigerator for grandkids. The cabinet that my double sink will be is is 35". When I first layed this out, I had extra space to the right which I want to fill with something. Need the microwave where it is, its at the end of my kitchen countertop.

So questions:

1. Does this look like a good layout. When I made the picture I wasn't thinking about sizes of lower cabinets. Any ideas? The sink cabinet will be 35" wide to accommodate the sink. I can't remember what width it is but the refrigerator is a standard undermount fridge (24" I thinkg). I guess I need a set of drawers to the right of the sink for towels and saran wrap, etc (?" wide).

2. I'm thinking the refrigerator location is good, one cabinet over from the sink, so the grandkids aren't in my way if they are getting a drink and I am at the sink. The sink needs to go where its at because that's where the water pipe is in the garage on the other side of the wall.

3. How far up the wall should I mount the shelf for the microwave (line it up like I show? [I'll put the upper cabinets up above to match what's in the rest of the kitchen]. Or should I put it on the counter since I have so much space (I am thinking up so I have a place to set the hot stuff from the microwave)? Don't want an in drawer microwave (or in lower cabinet) cause it hurts my husbands back to bend over (plus the grandkids could play with it). The cabinet under the microwave is already there.

4. For the extra space (not shown) to the right I am thinking bottled drink storage. How much space and what kind of configuration will it need.

5. Ignore the garbage can text in photo, it will need to go either to the left or right of sink so the pipes of sink aren't in the way (I'm thinking to the left since I am right handed). The garbage cabinet will be ?" I know the garbage cabinet and drawers together are 26.5". I could move the coffee pot to the left and put the garbage cabinet on the right and the drawers on the left.
