Do not buy the GE Monogram ZIS480NNII. This unit has been an absolute nightmare for a luxury appliance. We had nothing but problems with our original refrigerator, which had to be replaced in February 2022.

The brand-new second model developed the exact same problem. The GE technicians openly admitted that this issue is a known "design bug" inherent to this specific model line. GE issued an official factory repair kit to solve the design flaw, but the kit does not work.

When cooling, the refrigerator continuous to make a loud, disruptive noise that fills our entire kitchen. We have endured multiple service calls and have lost the entire contents twice. For an appliance in this price tier I expected better. Avoid this model at all costs and look at other premium brands.
