small master bath remodel design help please

We are starting a small master bath remodel and I need some design help please! I absolutely LOVE the Jeffrey Court Classic Statuario Herringbone Mosaic tile and plan on making it a focal wall in the bathroom, on the largest of the shower walls (we have a 3 wall alcove bath/shower combo). We will also install it on the face of the bathtub. Our flooring will be a white porcelain tile with minimal gray veining (a marble look, but not too busy, possibly Happy Floors Sublime). My design dilemma is what tile to put on the two opposing shower walls and on the vanity/toilet wall?? I want a really pretty, clean look...not too busy, and it's a small bathroom (the layout is like one of the photos that I've posted, though we have a slightly larger footprint) so I feel like I can't incorporate another patterned tile. The 42" wide vanity is charcoal gray with a white quartz top and a round white vessel sink. The toilet is a white Kohler Veil. All fixtures are polished chrome. There will be a large 36"x40" Illuminated Robern mirrored medicine cabinet above the vanity.

Would you recommend putting the same herringbone tile on the vanity/toilet wall (the wall itself is only about 72" wide), or would that be too much of the same thing? I'm looking for advice & suggestion for what to tile the other two shower walls in, as well as the vanity/toilet wall. I prefer tile to paint.

Thank you,

Shelly Firebaugh
