Looking for Info on a Painting

Greetings!

I have a painting that I got from my father who got from my grandmother who never told us where it’s from. I’m looking for any information on it. I attempted a google search for some identifiers on the painting and this is where I ended up. Any assistance is appreciated!

It is a water colour painting, I’m pretty positive there’s a water mark in the bottom right corner that says veritable paper d’arches. The back has a certificate of authenticity for a painter,

Again any info is appreciated!

The watermark is identifying it as Arches watercolor paper. Can you show a closeup of the signature on the lower-left and the certificate that's on the back?

It looks like a rendition of "Judith with the Head of Holofernes" A much painted scene though out the ages. I can't find that rendition on line....but I suspect it's a print.
alas my college courses in art history were a long time ago....but I should be able to recognize the artist by the style.....and follow up from there.

Isn't there an artist's signature on the painting? What is the artist's name?
