We need more context. Floor finish? Painted walls staying same color?

What do the cabinets look like? Is there a window in the kitchen so that it's bright? More photos of the kitchen are needed. Impossible to advise you just on that one you posted.

I think the white is too busy. My choice would be one.

Definitely not the one on the right. The one on the left doesn't seem to go with your cabinet color but its a bit hard to tell. If you're painting (walls? cabinets?) I'd wait till that's done to decide.

Granite has black, cream, spots of deep red and gray in design

With your tan flooring I think the middle taupe colored tile would look great. The one on the left is way too gray, and the one on the right is too busy for the granite.

OK I see your floor now..... Yes unfortunately you have a mismatch of counter with floor so the only way to make this work is to stick with white to match the cabinets. Nothing too small and busy as that will compete with the granite. A 3x6 or 4x12 simple subway with matching grout would be my vote. Your new wall paint should be warm enough to work with the floor tile but cool enough to work with the counters....maybe Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige?

Put some white paper or poster board behind your tile samples, so you aren't viewing them against the dark tan paint. Choose a tile color that matches the cabinets, or the lightest taupe tone in the countertops. Take out the gray marble and gray tiles to narrow your options.

Match the very lightest background color of the countertop, then look for a tile that is the very palest tone of that background. You might almost get to white. The closest tile I see is the one to the far left, but it's really hard to tell onscreen. What's tricky is the tile has to work with the floors, so make sure those harmonize and hopefully the paint, though that can be changed and maybe should be. It's currently limiting your choices. If you have room in the budget, do get undercabinet lighting to brighten the kitchen.

Paint is definitely changing

Great that the paint is changing. Then match the paint and tiles, i.e. a pale shade of the lightest color in the granite, assuming this paint will also complement your furnishings if the kitchen is an open space.

Our tile is installed. Just waiting on grout. I know the pictures are hard to see but what paint color would you suggest? I did sample of agreeable gray but not loving it.

Cabinets white, Backsplash is Jeffrey Court weathered grey, countertops are white tulum .. gray, cream & floors are lighter then pictured. Cream colored and light gray.

Since you have tan floors and a gray back splash, I would stick with a very neutral white for the walls - nothing too gray or beige. The exact color you choose also depends on the rooms nearby if you are continuing the paint into living areas.
