Leaf tip browning on potted palms is usually an indicator of over-watering and, in this case, might also be partly due to some light transplant shock. That said, yours doesn't look sad or unhealthy. The next time you go to water your palm, stick your index finger down into the soil up to the knuckle (~2 inches). If it is completely dry, water it. If not, let it go a few more days and check again.

It's actually "Bangalow Palm". But your soil might be the issue if it's not draining fast enough. Also, I assume there is some sort of saucer collecting water underneath. You need be make sure the saucer is emptied so that the bottom of the pot isn't sitting in water.
