Wow that thing looks crazy!

If it were mine, I'd probably prune it back to where it is manageable/ looks good & propagate the cuttings & have more monsteras. You can never have too many monsteras!

At least that's what I keep telling my wife. Lol.

I would replant it with a moss pole. You may have to trim to get it a manageable size/height and propagate the cuttings.

I cut the aerial roots off mine when they exceed the boundaries I set. My top broke off when I moved it back indoors in November so I put the top in a container of water where it is growing comfortably (along with a philodendron). I think this worked out for my needs though.

You can cut back all the aerial roots. I've done it before. As you can see mine have all grown back and are getting a bit crazy. But, sometimes it's fun to let it go a bit wild!

I also recommend staking yours early. I have a few small stakes holding up some of the heavier sides, but I need to get a bigger one so I can continue to get more height on mine. I waited way too long!

This Mommy has made quite a few babies for my friends and family, in the first picture, you can see the smaller one next to it. I'm plant sitting for my mom. I love to cut one or a few leaves off and watch them root in water. I've only done the smaller leaves as I don't want to cut my bigger split ones!
