The style drain provided is prone to leaking, we are just under two years with this sink and we will be needing to change the drain out for one that does not have screw in stopper/debris catch. The issue is that when someone tightens the stopper it turns the entire drain disturbing the plumbers putty causing a leak. Unfortunately our leak as all leaks, go a bit unnoticed and caused damage to the wood under the sink. This style drain should not be used due to this issue, we are requesting a new drain without the screw in style basket/debris catch if at all possible. Thanks in advance!
