My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kumquat rootstocks

I got a mail order kumquat - nagami on VOLK. I’ve been doing some searches but can’t seem to find much on how good This combo is.

The good news is that the tree came loaded with fruit and lots of foliage. The bad news is that it is all frozen. I suppose the plant will be fine but wow, the disappointment of all that lost fruit.
