Hi Benelope! I'm not the most qualified person to answer this question as I don't have a monstera, but hopefully some aroid experts will chime in later. I believe your plant is suffering from a lack of humidity as you suspected. My peace lily and bird's nest fern have some brown leaf tips as well due to the dry winter air. Unfortunately misting has to be done almost constantly to improve the humidity around the plant. I would probably get another humidifier for your plant or move the one you have next to it temporarily, until its warm enough to turn off your heater. You're plant looks otherwise healthy and is producing new leaves, so that is a good sign. I hope this helps!

Good luck,

@damask_rose_5 thank you for your input! I appreciate your help!! I was very worried

You're very welcome Benelope! I'm glad I could help.

Looks like it doesn’t have enough humidity. Either that or not enough water. I would suggest getting more plants to put by it, as that increases humidity, or getting another humidifier to put by the plant. Also, how often are you watering it? I water mine every week, but if you do not choose to increase humidity, I would suggest watering every 5 days. Also misting will help. Just experiment to see what works.

Thank you for your input! I water it once a week. I will try those suggestions! Thank you!!
