Looks like a Devil's Ivy, a pothos plant!

That is Pothos, or devil‘s ivy. It needs watering about once every week, or whenever the top inch of the soil is dry. It is very easy to take care of! It needs bright, indirect light to thrive (in a East facing window or a few feet away from a South or West window) to thrive and grow it’s best, but you can give it less light and it will do fine. Hi Hank Stuff! I believe that this is not a pothos plant, but rather a philodendron 'Brasil.' It is often mistaken for pothos because the two look very similar. I second Maggie Player's care instructions, pothos and philodendrons have similar care requirements, and they are both wonderful, easy-care plants. I wouldn't place it more than a couple of feet away from a window. They grow really fast, so when it is time to re-pot, pot it in a plastic container that is one size up from the one it is in currently, and with houseplant potting mix mixed with 30% perlite. They can tolerate low humidity well, but the more humidity the better. I hope this helps!
