Help!! Monstera albo node looks wrinkled up after shipping

I currently have it in a ziplock sitting on top of sphagnum moss i got it 2 days ago and kinda got shriveled up not sure if I should keep it how it is or stuck in in water to see if that helps with the wrinkles? Would app any advice!(:
