    Love it.

Depends on what else is in the bathroom, but I like it.

I like the look; but what kind of light does it cast? Is it mottled due to the material? Do you need this particular light in the bathroom or is it more decorative?

There are also a couple of pot lighthe ceiling so it’s partially decorative

how would you clean it? Vacuum the dust out? I'd like to see a picture of it with the light on. It is really an interesting sconce!

I so want to see a bee wallpaper in your bathroom!

Is that because the sconce looks like a honeycomb? Do you like the sconc

    any suggestions ?

Should I get a darker fra mirror less fussy? How about painting the vanity a dark charcoal since the floor tiles are taupe and gray

I would think that the clear, incandescent(?) bulb would cast unpleasant light right in your face, the shade would cast shadows on your face and the walls, and that the base would block light that would otherwise shine downward onto the vanity.

Depends on the look you’re going for. It obviously looks rather industrial but the honeycomb pattern adds whimsy which I like. I’m thinking it needs to be in a moody bathroom...either steel grey walls and very austere or dark grey/black dramatic powder room with some lux elements like brushed gold faucets (think honey). I’m a detail oriented person so the theme to me would need to be there and executed well, with restraint but conviction.

Lidia,Thanks. I just installed all brand new oil rubbed bronze faucets to go with the new shower door hardware and shower all in ORB

I dislike it, for a lot of reasons, really in a bathroom, especially a main bathroom all the lights need to be functional, yes pretty but functional. What if you only wanted to turn the sconces on at night instead of the overhead lighting, these would cast terrible light and shadows, also are the wet/damp rated?

Finish the bathroom and if you like them and they work, that’s great. If not, their usability will go as mood lighting sconces in a stairwell or on living/dining room walls. They don’t seem super functional for a day to day bathroom but maybe perfect for you. I love ORB by the way, it’s nearly all of my metal in y new build.

    Thank you Lidia

TO RL Relocation: This is a smaller powder room /occasional guest bathroom. It is NOT a main bathroom... it is intended to be a bit more dramatic. Other bathrooms are white and sienna marble. There are also pot lights on the ceiling.Sconces are not close to the shower...and it is only used once in a while.

Nay. And they’re hung too high. (I saw the entire wall on your other post.)

flip them downward. they can be hung both ways, and will look much better tho I still dont really like the style for this room.

How about the new mirror I just purchased today and posted the pics?

That mirror seems WAY too small. the sconces look larger than it.

First: flip the sconces, then pick a mirror.

Because your outlets where misplaced, you need to have something the puts the weight of the fixture down rather than up. It is the crux of the problem here. I would go with a basic oval mirror possibly frameless. You have a couple of issues, one the light placement and to the very decorative cabinet, you chose for the sink, its kind of dictates the style of the light, because the rest of the room is very modern you are now going to have blend the looks.

I am going to try and remove the moldings and decorative detail at the top of the vanity vanity to make it a little bit cleaner I think that would wor

show intent with the outlet placement.

Sorry I don’t understand what you mean by that

I’m on the equine side on this one. Why make all the trouble to have to vacuum those with a brush attachment regularly, while they are also giving a mottled complexion to your guests? Dead skin cells are liberated by bathroom activity and tearing TP also makes dust. Nope, not worth the interesting look.

Toilet paper, sorry. It makes a lot of dust doing that tear off the roll.

I mean the holes for the lights where placed too high, so changing the sconces to something that looks like you meant them to be that high.

    I see. I flipped them down ...

    I will attach a pic I think it’s a better look now.
