Carol, your best bet is to visit your local retailers. All of the big box stores and privately owned garden centers should be well stocked. Prices for plants vary regionally so we really can't help you.

Gosh, I haven't seen the doubles for sale for quite a while. They used to be all the rage but seem to have fallen out of favor around here. Is seed available?

I haven't grown them, but the Athena series of impatiens are double flowered from seed. I'm trying to keep last year's 10" basket of nameless double white impatiens alive until the end of May when they can go back out. They aren't common around here.
