Hi Roones! What a cool room and terrace! So if I’m reading you correctly, you’d be fine with no window treatments at all if the neighbors weren’t there. What are the possibilities outside on the terrace? Could you have a trellis with ivy, a screen, etc. positioned along the terrace edge? The further out you are, the higher it would need to go, of course. Another thought would be to create privacy at the glass itself. Could you have it frosted, or frosted with a pattern? (There are some tasteful ones, you’d need to do some image searching.) Could you mount stained glass panels on the frames? Or you could look into one-way screen mesh. (Again, there appear to be some tasteful options available.) Something to consider is whether you’re more concerned about neighbors seeing you, or you seeing neighbors! I hope some of that might help.

Hi RoominessTv, thanks for your response! Yes, moving to the city from the burbs and so happy to have a little outdoor space. There are too many neighbors so we need some privacy. I ordered some decorative privacy screens that will sit on top of the 4 foot wall but still need window treatments. I'll look into the one-way screen mesh - that's one product I'm not familiar with.
