Are sparse blooms on my Damson plum tree a sign it is in decline? Last year I blamed it on the weather with a sudden last spring freeze. This year I don't have that excuse. I'm guessing the tree is about 20 years old. I realize it is early and the blossoms will get bigger, but there are not many of them. Is there anything I can do to help this tree?
