Thanks everybody, one of those fabrics inspired this pallette & these fabrics have been calling me to DO SOMETHING w/ them. I'm enjoying that it's a variation on red white & blue, but not navy; rather this interesting darker, wedgewood like blue. My fingers are itching to work on it. Will show in future.

It's always fun to try a new way of doing things. I made a zig-zag a few years ago but used 2 1/2" strips and cut 6 1/2" squares. Basically a Rail Fence laid out like a zig-zag. The customer wanted green, blue, and orange because that's what her son liked. This was all I could think of. lol

Very nice Geezer, great contrast! Yeah mine is 3" x 5 1/2", but same assembly, except set on point.
