It is very quiet on the site lately. And I am one of the guilty.

We have been having a lot of garden upgrade and so I have not been at the machine for some time. Over the past two years, because I don’t kneel or bend as well as I used to, the poor flower beds have suffered. We hired someone who is bringing the yard back into order. The team does the work, but I toss in my suggestions and ideas, so I guess you could say I am gardening!!

I do have quilting on the mind though. The two older greatgrand girls have a ’big girl’ quilt, so time for number three. She told me her favourite colours are pink and purple, so I am trying to find a relatively simple pattern and going through my bins trying to come up with enough of those colours to work with. I would really hope not to have to buy too much when I have so much already. Tossing around lots of ideas but not settling on anything.
