Oak Seedling Leaves Brown After Foliar Spray

I started a Southern Live Oak from an acorn I collected from a know Southern Live Oak Tree.
I got the acorn started and a very nice tap root, I transfered it to it's new pot and it had 2 nice leaves.
A little over a week ago, I was using a foliar spray (Eden Solutions Blue Gold Braden Blend at recommend dilution + 2 drops kelp based hydroponics NPK) on my plants, and he received some overspray. The leaves have turned brown with the faintest shade of green in spots.
Is this guy a goner, or should I ride it out and see how it goes?

How long was it in the new pot before it went brown? Because the transplanting might have been the cause rather than the spraying. Otherwise more information is needed for anyone here to do more than make such suggestions. One way to provide something more to go on would be to provide a good, close photographic view.
