Thanks Mike. Just moved all my citrus outdoors again as weather is on the mild side. I am working from home full-time now, so I have the luxury of being able to monitor my citrus and the weather more readily.

Thanks Bob. I need to think about something other than coronavirus. I'm just thankful I'm able to work from home and still get a pay check.

I feel for all those out of work, lost jobs or on forced furlough, for who knows how long. Sure we care about health safety. But there are long-term consequences to our very societal structure if restrictions become extreme, without thinking it through from a holistic perspective -- health, viral spread, exposure, economic collateral damage, loss of freedoms, unemployment, suicide, consuming fish parasite killer, etc..

Is life worth living if you lose everything? The shutdown can only last so long. Many people are one or two paychecks away from disaster. I'd further suggest that our advances in medical science and technology have created newer generations of weaker humans (I'm not suggesting withholding care, advancement of science, etc..) . A mere 100 years ago in 1920....a lifetime ago...but a blip in evolution we naturally still had die-offs of everything, or those sickly didn't pass on the genes. At some point when testing is better they will trot out those who conclusively test positive and had mild symptoms.....its inevitable someone has to work.

Ken, try grafting again in spring/summer. Also, bleach your tools.

I can get you some scions of a few things, if you like. Do you still have Cara Cara? Maybe we can trade?

Hey Dave... Yeah, I'll graft again later. I used alcohol sterilization this go round (which I've used in the past). I tend to do that rather than bleach when inside because I don't like the fumes.

Yeah, Cara is got flowers and a baby fruit on it right now. Once they setup and the new growth that's pushing sets, can definitely get you a cutting. Caras and bloods are my fav tastes.
